How would you rate your stress level if, like Rob Kardashian, you’d gained a bunch of weight, couldn’t get out of bed in the morning, were the only one in your family who couldn’t get your footing professionally, and had your last big break-up blasted over the Internet in all it’s stinky detail for everyone to see? (Really, Adrienne Bailon? You’re a big girl, zip it).
Most of us would rate our stress level 10, or even a 12.
If you’re Rob Kardashian, the number is probably much higher. Naturally, I recommend Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy helps a person to put things into perspective not only on the conscious level, but the subconscious level as well. If Rob Kardashian is indeed clinically depressed, he needs the help of a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. But as his sister Khloe Kardashian said in a recent episode of Keeping up with the Kardashian’s, if a person isn’t ready or doesn’t want help they’re never going to make that call. What suffering person would want to? Traditional talk therapy involves talking it out and the suffering just don’t want to talk about it anymore.
This is where hypnotherapy comes in. It is an excellent tool to take the edge off. It does not require grinding it all out over and over again. After a few sessions of hypnotherapy, the client would then feel strong enough to step into traditional psychotherapy if needed. For others, it works as a standalone therapy. With hypnotherapy, clients feel better from the very first session. Hypnosis also has a unique time released effect. So clients continue to feel better even after the last session they have.
Is Hypnosis a cure for what ails Rob Kardashian? Probably not, but I’d love to get him in my chair so that he can feel strong enough to begin the journey.
