Have you ever known someone who was constantly seeking external validation of their worth? It’s painful to watch because the world does not always oblige. The absence of this external validation leaves these souls feeling as though they have nothing; are nothing. In the absence of that validation, they will crank up the drama to the nth degree just to feel alive. I can think of one such person. Here’s a hint, it rhymes with Tori Spelling.

If you Google “Tori Spelling breakdown” it will return over 29 million results in 0.36 seconds. I can’t wrap my head around the idea that anyone would care. I Googled it because it seems like every week this poor woman is having a breakdown and yet she’s not gone the way of Amanda Bynes or Britney Spears. Whats up with that?

She’s not mental, she’s desperate.

Somewhere along the line she did not learn to find her worth within. She looks for that external validation day after day week after week and it is never enough. Now you might say, “Oh, it’s fake drama for the money.” While that’s possible, she stands in line to inherit a portion of her father’s 600 million dollar estate and believe it or not, she actually has a decent body of work from which she has earned money and residuals. By her own admission, she has spent all that money. All that money. What did she buy with it? External validation. And as always, with external validation, it is never enough. That’s how you smoke $15,000,000 before you’re even 45 years old.

Net worth and self worth come from two different places.

So, how can hypnotherapy help Tori Spelling? Hypnosis is a great tool for helping someone find their worth from within. Our upbringing and life experiences can prevent us from ever establishing that in the first place or having it broken down to the point where we are completely out of touch with our worth. By communicating with the subconscious mind we establish that worth and make it accessible in everyday life. Self worth is our most precious asset.

So come on, Tori Spelling get in my chair!

If you want the world to value you, you must first value yourself. This is the greatest inheritance you can leave for your children.
